How do I prepare for a cleanse?

48 hours prior to a cleanse you need to incorporate more raw fruit and vegetables into your diet and cut out the C.R.A.P. That means no processed foods, refined sugar and minimise the dairy/animal protein. Stay off the booze and if you can cut coffee now you'll find the cleanse easier. Introduce herbal teas and drink lot's of water.
