Huge congratulations if you've got through our first two weeks. And no judgement if you've dropped the ball a few times but still persevering into week three.
This week sees us recycle a few recipes, but mostly, they're originals. Looking for some Facebook feedback on what hit's the spot and what doesn't.

Day 15 - Monday - Magnesium Mood Elevator
Magnesium is an essential mineral that most of us are deficient in. If you sleep poorly, feel lethargic, get muscle spasms, have high blood pressure or feel unusally anxious and depressed then look at your magnesium consumption.
You can take supplements or hammer this smoothie into you a few days in a row. We've got together some of the most magnesium dense plants and combine them into one chocolate delicious.
Hopefully you sleep like a baby (as a new parent, I can't believe this is an accepted phrase) and feel fresher during the day.

Day 16 - Tuesday - John Lemon
Imagine all the health benefits of eating a lemon, without having to eat one?
You're improving your internal pH and loading up on vitamin C and fibre, all of which leads to preventing sickness. The vanilla, dates, coconut water combo should help turn the sourness into lemon meringue.
