How To Make A Healthy Cliff Bar

This cyclist energy bar recipe is based off Cliff Bar White Chocolate and Macadamia Energy Bar. Cliff Bars are those energy bars with a man rock climbing and organic written on the front of the packaging. With these two marketing tools you can't be blamed for thinking it is good for you, but turn the bar around and it is full of soy and sugar. Unless you're on the Tour De France, chances are you don't need that much sugar to keep you going.

Try our recipe instead. We guarantee it tastes better and won't send you into a blood sugar spike overload.
