You Need To Make This Satisfying Snickers Smoothie

We take the iconic chocolate bar and clean it up. No sugar, no preservatives. Raw cacao is a mood enhancer which provides lasting energy. It's also one of the richest sources of magnesium, an essential mineral that most of us are deficient in. And we pair that up wit delicious sources of plant protein, which actually lead to weight-loss and better decisions throughout the day. 

Not too mention that the flavour of this smoothie is still on point. Is there a better partnership than peanut butter and chocolate? That question is as rhetorical as the bear in the woods. 

Snickers Smoothie Recipe

  • Makes 1 serve. 
  • Takes 2 minutes.


  • Activated almonds - 1 cup 
  • Cacao nibs - 1 tablespoon 
  • Choc vegan protein* - 1/2 scoop 
  • Peanut butter - 1 heaped teaspoon 
  • Ice - handful 
  • Almond milk - 1 1/2 cups
*We use RawFusion for our chocolate protein. It's not too sweet. Great for protein balls and smoothies.


  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender for 30 seconds
  2. Pour and enjoy

Our Snickers Smoothie is best enjoyed after a workout. It's protein dense but also high in energy. We actually love to enjoy 1/3 before our workout. 30 minutes before hand. And then the remaining 2/3s within 45 minutes of finishing our sweat session. Refuel, recover, reward.
