Our pre workout recipe only takes a couple of minutes and is much cleaner than anything else on the market. 

 

Pre Workout Energy Powder

  • Takes 5 minutes
  • Makes 10 servings

Ingredients

  • Match green tea - 5 teaspoons
  • Lemon juice powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Ginger powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Cayenne Powder - large pinch (increase to 1/2 teaspoon if you like it hot)

Method

  1. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and store in the cupboard
  2. For serving, enjoy one teaspoon with hot or cold water
