How To Cure Your Hangover Like A Naturopath

This Do-It-Yourself hangover solution is designed to get some fluids back into your system. Rehydrate with electrolytes and calm that nausea with some herbal medicine. We're going to use some powerful vitamin C sources for the flavour base as well. Thank you pomegranate and lemon. 

Herbal Hangover Powder

Takes 5 minutes

Makes 20 servings

Ingredients

  • Pomegranate powder - 1/2 cup
  • Lemon powder - 1 teaspoon
  • Ginger powder - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Sea salt - pinch
  • Coconut sugar - 3 teaspoons
  • Citric acid - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Bicarb soda - 1 teaspoon

Method

  1. Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix together
  2. Store somewhere dry for up to six months
  3. Enjoy one teaspoon per cup of warm water (you can use cold but it will be lumpy)
  4. Have as many cups as you had martinis last night
