Stuffed full of detoxifying green leafs we also introduce your cells to the anti-inflammatory properties of bromelain, an enzyme found in pineapple. Bromelain reduces the swelling that your body experiences, not just after surgery or injury, but exercise too. It's a muscle relaxant that does a whole range of things, including protect against cancer.
Our recipe is round out with almond milk and protein powder. As well as being delicious, the satiating protein will keep you out of the pantry.
Pina Kale-ada Smoothie Recipe

- Kale - 1 cup
- Spinach - 1 cup
- Frozen pineapple - 1 cup
- Coconut protein powder - 1/2 scoop
- Almond milk - 1 1/2 cups
- Blend until creamy
