Ingredients

  • Almond milk - 2 cups (500ml)
  • Frozen bananas - 2
  • Spinach - 3 cups (2 handfuls)
  • Pumpkin seeds - 3/4 cup
  • Mint - 1 cup leaves
  • Dates - 3
  • Ice - 1/2 cup

Method
