We pair up this powerful prebiotic with lots of spinach and the delicious combination of cashews, cinnamon and raw honey. This recipe is inspired by the yoghurt, honey and skim milk smoothies Mum used to make us when the bananas got too ripe at home. We kept the flavour but deleted the dairy and made it green. Oh, and we named it after a 1990's cartoon that we used to watch while smoothing.

- Cashews - 1/2 cup
- Cinnamon - 1/2 teaspoon
- Turmeric - 1/2 teaspoon
- Raw honey - 1 teaspoon
- Almond milk - 1 1/2 cups

- Blend for 30 seconds
- Transform into Bananaman or Bananawoman
