Anti Inflammatory Smoothie
- Takes 5 minutes
- Makes 2 servings
- Frozen pineapple - 1 cup
- Frozen banana - 1
- Spinach - 2 cups
- Walnuts - 1/2 cup
- Fresh ginger - 1 inch piece, peeled (or 1 teaspoon powder)
- Turmeric powder - 1 teaspoon
- Raw honey - 1 tablespoon
- Ice - handful
- Coconut water - 1 1/2 cups
- Water - 1 cup
- Make sure your fresh pineapple and ginger is peeled
- Then blend all ingredients until creamy
