I'm generally too lazy to squeeze my own nut milks. Even though it's dead simple. Even though I have every ingredient in my cupboard. And even though I know that a homemade recipe is going to be more nutritious than anything I can buy. Yet I still don't prioritise it.
Apart from this one. Two ingredients must be my limit. These two coconut ingredients let me get away with my laziness. The subtle sweetness of both ingredients are amplified and what's left is a refreshing nut milk that can be enjoyed at all times of the day. Even as a sweet tooth satisfier after dinner.
One of my favourite applications is to pair this with coffee. A strong shot of espresso or a concerntrated hit of cold drip. Enjoy over ice and you've got a refreshing cold coffee that has no peer.
You can also use the Holy Water for smoothies and any recipe that calls for almond milk. However, the flavour of this stuff is so good that I rarely do that. I don't want it overshadowed by too many ingredients. I use it to make overnight oats and chia puddings though.
