Mjango Unchained Smoothie Recipe

- Makes 1 serving
- Mango - 1
- Frozen banana - 1
- Chia seeds - 2 tablespoons
- Turmeric - 1/2 teaspoon
- Raw honey - 1 teaspoon
- Almond milk - 1 1/2 cups
- Ice - 1/2 cup
Optional - Baby spinach - 2 cups
- Blend until creamy
