I make this smoothie at any time of the day. It's great for breakfast on the go but it's also brilliant after the gym. Or if you're just ravished in the office and need something clean and sweet to get you through the day. Protein, potassium and peanut butter. Plus the good fats energise your brain, providing cognitive clarity. That means you can get through your to do list with focus.

Peanut Butter Biceps

  • makes 1 serve
  • takes 3 minutes


  • Frozen banana - 1 1/2
  • Peanut butter - 1 tablespoon
  • Spinach - 2 cups
  • Chocolate protein - 1/2 scoop (we like Rawfusion in this one as it's not too sweet)
  • Almond milk - 1 cup
  • Ice - 1/2 cup


  1. Blend until creamy
