Our favourites are green leafs, walnuts, pineapple, ginger and turmeric. Naturally, we turn them into a simple and delicious smoothie.
Anti-Inflammatory Smoothie

Ingredients
- Frozen pineapple - 1 cup
- Spinach - 2 cups
- Walnuts - 1/2 cup
- Turmeric, peeled - 1 inch (or 1 teaspoon powder)
- Ginger, peeled - 1 inch (or 1/2 teaspoon powder)
- Raw honey - 1 teaspoon
- Ice - 1/2 cup
- Coconut water - 1 cup
Method
- Blend until creamy
